This policy covers tkcinnovate.com and the IMSplus platform operated by TKC Institute ("TKC Institute", "we", "us"). It explains what information we collect when you request a trial or quote, file a complaint, or use IMSplus, and what we do with it.
We collect information directly from you when you use a form on our site, and some information automatically as part of normal website operation.

Like most websites, our server automatically logs standard technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. This is standard web server activity, not used to build advertising profiles.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We use a small number of cookies that are necessary for the site and IMSplus to function: keeping you signed in, remembering your place partway through a multi-step form, and protecting forms against cross-site request forgery. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security, but we design our systems to protect your information at each of these points.
We keep trial, quote, and complaint records for as long as needed to respond to your request and maintain a business record of it, and IMSplus account data for as long as your organization's account is active plus a reasonable period afterward. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, contact us using the details below.
Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to object to certain uses of it. To exercise any of these, contact us at the email below and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
If your organization uses IMSplus, your organization's own data, documents, audit records, and similar content you upload, is kept separate from every other organization using the platform and is never visible across organizations. That data is processed on your organization's behalf to deliver the service; it is not used by TKC Institute for any other purpose.
Our site and IMSplus are intended for business use by adults and organizations, not for children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our site or IMSplus after a change means you accept the updated policy.
